Lemon Poppy Seed Coleslaw

Ingredients
400g finely shredded red cabbage
400g finely shredded green cabbage
200g grated carrot
10 spring onions, sliced into lengths
375ml ZoOSh Coleslaw Dressing
40g poppy seeds
10g finely grated lemon rind
Method
- COMBINE cabbage, carrot and spring onions in a bowl.
- MIX together the KRAFT / ZoOSh Coleslaw Dressing, poppy seeds and rind and toss with salad until well combined.
- CHILL before serving.
