Smoked Trout Nicoise

Ingredients
300-400g mixed lettuce leaves
2 red onion, sliced
10 hard boiled eggs, quartered
500g green beans, blanched
800g chat potatoes, cooked, cooled and thickly sliced
1kg smoked trout, peeled and chopped into chunks
150g black olives
500ml ZoOSh French or FREE French Dressing
Method
- ARRANGE all salad ingredients on serving plates and drizzle with the dressing. Chill or serve immediately.
