Mexican Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 large green capsicum, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1x310g chick peas, drained can and rinsed
1x310g red kidney beans, drained can and rinsed
1x310g cannelini beans, drained can and rinsed
½ cup ZoOSh French or FREE French Dressing
½ cup chopped continental parsley
Method
- COMBINE capsicum, onion, chick peas, red kidney beans, cannelini beans and ZoOSh French Dressing. Allow to stand for 1 hour.
- PLACE on serving dish and garnish with parsley.
