Our butter is made from fresh milk from Australian dairy farms. It can be used for filling, baking, spreading, frying and general cooking, and has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Salted Butter is the product made from the separation of whole milk and the vacreation, ageing, churning and working of the cream portion with the addition of salt. It is creamy yellow in colour and has a clean, sweet pleasant flavour with delicate aroma and slight saltiness.
