Artichoke and Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

400g artichoke hearts halved

750g kipfler potatoes, halved and roasted

625g green beans, trimmed and blanched

200g kalamata olives

60g continental parsley, chopped

300ml ZoOSh French or FREE French Dressing

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

½ bunch chives, cut into 1cm lengths

Method

  1. COMBINE in a bowl the potatoes, artichokes, beans, olives, chives and parsley, pour through ZoOSh FREE French Dressing. Season and serve.
