BBQ Pork Cutlets with Nashi Slaw

Ingredients

10 pork cutlets

250mls ZoOSh BBQ Marinade and Basting Sauce

1 red cabbage, thinly sliced

8 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally

2 nashi, cut into julienne strips

⅔ cup coriander leaves

4 red chillies, thinly sliced

ZoOSh French Dressing

Olive oil spray

Method

  1. MARINATE the pork in the BBQ marinade, covered and chilled for up to 24 hours.
  2. HEAT a barbeque or chargrill plate. Lift the pork from the marinade, spray lightly with oil and then cook over a medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
  3. COMBINE the cabbage, spring onions, nashi, coriander, chillies and dressing. Spoon onto serving plates with the pork cutlets. Serve immediately.
