Chilli & Lime Chicken Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1.5kg skinless chicken breast fillets
500ml ZoOSh Italian or FREE Italian Dressing
180ml sweet chilli sauce
500g thin egg noodles, cooked
4 baby bok choy, thickly shredded, wilted
1kg can baby corn spears,drained and halved
40g sesame seeds, toasted
6 spring onions, cut into long shreds
Method
- MARINATE chicken in half the ZoOSh FREE* Italian Salad Dressing and sweet chilli sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- PAN-FRY or BBQ chicken over medium heat or until cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- COMBINE chicken with noodles, bok choy and baby corn. Drizzle remaining ZoOSh FREE Italian Salad Dressing and sweet chilli sauce and top with sesame seeds and spring onion.
