Orange, Spinach and Feta Salad

Ingredients
100g baby spinach leaves
1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
2 oranges, peeled and segmented
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup ZoOSh French Dressing
100g feta, crumbled
1½ tablespoons toasted pine nuts
Method
- COMBINE spinach, cos lettuce, oranges and onion in a serving bowl.
- TOSS through the dressing, then sprinkle with feta and pine nuts. Serve immediately.
