Pork Satay Skewers with Asian Greens

Ingredients
1.5kg pork steaks, cut into 2cm wide strips
300ml ZoOSh Satay Sauce
20ml peanut oil
20ml sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3cm knob ginger, finely chopped
2 bunches baby bokchoy (pakchoy)
2 bunches Chinese broccoli (gailan)
2 bunches choc sum (Chinese flowering cabbage)
60ml soy sauce
Steam rice, to serve
Extra ZoOSh Satay sauce, to serve
Method
- THREAD pork onto 30 wooden skewers (pre-soaked). Place in a shallow dish and cover with ZoOSh Satay Sauce. Marinate for 1 hour.
- CHAR-GRILL skewers on a pre-heated oiled grill plate until cooked through. Remove, cover with foil and rest 5 minutes.
- HEAT oils in a wok and stir fry garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir fry 2-3 minutes until wilted. Add soy sauce and heat through. Serve rice and Asian greens alongside pork skewers. Drizzle with extra ZoOSh Satay Sauce and serve.
