Tuna, Haloumi and Bean Salad


Ingredients

5 small pita bread, cut into wedges

Olive oil spray

350g Haloumi, cubed

500g mini roma tomatoes, halved

400g can borlotti beans, rinsed drained

400g can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

400g green beans, trimmed and blanched

200g baby spinach leaves

1 cup basil leaves, roughly chopped

300ml ZoOSh Balsamic Italian Dressing

4 × 185g cans tuna slices, drained

Method

  1. PLACE pita wedges on a large baking tray. Spray with oil and bake 200°C for 5-8 minutes until golden.
  2. SPRAY a large frying pan with oil and cook Haloumi over medium high heat for 1 minute each side until golden.
  3. COMBINE tomatoes, beans, spinach, basil and KRAFT / ZoOSh Balsamic Dressings in a large bowl. Add the Haloumi and tuna and lightly toss. Serve salad with the pita chips.
