Turkey and Craisin on Wholegrain
Ingredients
sour dough bread, lightly buttered
roast turkey, chopped
craisins, chopped
ZoOSh Real Mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
rocket leaves
Method
- MIX together turkey, craisins and mayo.
- ASSEMBLE the rocket onto the sour dough bread, top with turkey mixture. Season to taste then sandwich.
