Cheesy Prawn & Prosciutto Caesar Pizza

Ingredients

1 × 26cm pizza base

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

10 green prawn cutlets

80g prosciutto

1 egg, lightly beaten

Olive oil spray 30g baby cos leaves

30g baby cos leaves

⅓ cup ZoOSh Caesar Dressing

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

PLACE the pizza base on an oven tray or pizza stone and top with half the cheese. Arrange prawns and prosciutto over the cheese before sprinkling with remaining cheese.Then drizzle over the egg.
BAKE in a hot oven 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
TOP with cos leaves and shredded Parmesan then drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately.
