mixed lettuce

hardboiled egg

ZoOSh Premium Mayonnaise

chopped continental parsley

salt and pepper

Directions

MIX together the egg, mayo & parsley.
ASSEMBLE the lettuce on the bagel, top with egg and mayo mixture. Season with salt and pepper then sandwich.
