Ingredients
1.25kg cooked prawn cutlets, deveined
250g baby cos lettuce leaves
2 lebanese cucumbers, cut into ribbons
1 bunch radish, cut into julienne
250ml ZoOSh Thousand Island Dressing
2 avocado, chopped
lemon wedges for serving
Method
- PLACE the lettuce into individual serving glasses. Top with the cucumber, radish, avocado and prawns.
- DRIZZLE with the dressing. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon.
