Warm Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients

1kg porterhouse steak

500g tomatoes cut into wedges

2 red onion, sliced

2 cucumber, thinly sliced

200g bean shoots

½ cup chopped coriander leaves

250ml ZoOSh Italian or FREE Italian Dressing

100ml sweet chilli sauce

Method

  1. GRILL steak to medium rare. Allow to rest 5 minutes then slice thinly.
  2. ARRANGE beef, tomato, onion, cucumber, bean shoots and coriander onto serving plates.
  3. DRIZZLE with the combined ZoOSh Italian Salad Dressing and sweet chilli sauce then serve immediately.
