Warm Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients
1kg porterhouse steak
500g tomatoes cut into wedges
2 red onion, sliced
2 cucumber, thinly sliced
200g bean shoots
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
250ml ZoOSh Italian or FREE Italian Dressing
100ml sweet chilli sauce
Method
- GRILL steak to medium rare. Allow to rest 5 minutes then slice thinly.
- ARRANGE beef, tomato, onion, cucumber, bean shoots and coriander onto serving plates.
- DRIZZLE with the combined ZoOSh Italian Salad Dressing and sweet chilli sauce then serve immediately.
