Lamb Burger with Mint Jelly

Ingredients

10 lamb patties

10 Dairymont burger Slices

10 bread rolls, split and toasted

Lettuce, for serving

260g chargrilled red capsicum, for serving

100g thickly sliced red onion

ZoOSh Mint jelly, for serving

Chips, for serving

Method

  1. COOK the burger patties for 4-5 minutes before turning. Top each with a burger slice and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through and cheese has melted a little.
  2. TOP each split roll with some lettuce, capsicum, the lamb, some onion and mint jelly. Serve immediately with extra mint jelly and chips.
